Family Drug Courts & FDC Learning Academy + FDC Learning Academy Series + Planning Community + Early Implementation Community + Enhanced Community + Advanced Practice Community + Knowledge Sharing Community

A number of communities are developing Family Drug Courts (FDCs), alternatively known as Dependency Drug Courts or Family Treatment Drug Courts. FDCs are an increasingly popular method of (a) meeting the requirements of the Adoption and Safe Families Act and (b) enhancing functional status and reunification success among families involved in child welfare and affected by substance use disorders.
