Ms. Janelle Sanders currently serves as a Research Specialist at Children and Family Futures (CFF). In this role, she will work with qualitative and quantitative data across several technical assistance and evaluation teams supporting federal, county, and private foundation-funded contracts primarily in the arenas of child welfare, substance abuse treatment, and the courts. Ms. Sanders will develop and maintain diverse administrative and evaluation data management systems including data collection, abstraction, and analysis.
Prior to joining the CFF team, she gained experience in all aspects of research, including design, collection, and data management. She has conducted a variety of research projects in several psychology labs as a Research Assistant at California State University, Fullerton. She also has experience in substance abuse services as well as prevention and early intervention services, providing direct treatment to children and families. These direct service roles, in addition to her research experience, allows her to conduct research that will provide valuable information to the professionals implementing services to these children and families.
Ms. Sanders received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at California State University, Fullerton. Her Master’s Degree in Experimental Psychology is also from California State University, Fullerton, with an emphasis in Legal Psychology research.
